I am uninhibitedly passionate about taking a space and turning it into what it currently is not. In other words, completely transforming a room, a home or an entire building with a renewed sense of style and freshness. I am an interior design specialist, furniture designer and project manager who is hands-on, creating from the ground up – not to mention the fact that I’m a bit of a nut when it comes to method, structure and order.

Executing high-profile residential and commercial projects, I always take a strategic and intelligent approach to the sourcing and procurement of exceptional materials at the right price, and work hard to achieve the perfect balance between aesthetics and function in order deliver on even the most ambitious design visions.

Where I’ve been

Ever since I was little, I’ve been fascinated by art and creating an environment.  As a child, my forts came from an inspired place like under the sea or in outer space, and of course, inclusive of mood lighting. It was a constant struggle to untangle the Christmas lights.

My professional career began as a photographer in Los Angeles, California. Photography led to interior design for Stanton True in L.A. from 2010 to 2012, where I led and executed residential interior design projects. From here, I launched my own firm with a partner and together we focused on the high-end, luxury residential and hospitality industries delivering a comprehensive interior design service inclusive of design, manufacturing, sourcing, planning and control, as well as the design and build of custom furniture to complement the spaces we worked with.

Combining interior design and furniture making, a new love was born: consulting. In this role, I led and supported an interior design team with custom component design, procurement and materials sourcing, and worked collaboratively with architects, project managers and contractors to sketch and prototype designs and then bring them to life.

Where I am today

Now I engage on high profile remodels taking projects from nothing, to something truly spectacular. My most recent project in Los Angeles involved the complete remodel of a residential property during which I executed extensive demolition, coordinated construction and managed design. I love working closely with clients to hear their ideas, understand their personal preferences and then build out a complete design that encapsulates all of it…and more.

Where I want to be

I intend to push what I do creatively. I seek to work with people who share my passion and appreciate the value in a designer who is not only capable of being extraordinarily creative but also realistic and functional to build new spaces that perfectly serve their purpose and deliver that unique WOW factor.
