The renovation intended to maximize the lake view and modernize the space.
The wall between the kitchen and entry and between the queen bedroom and living room were removed. In order to reconfigure the kitchen with more counter space and an under counter refrigerator, freezer and ice maker were added.
The scope of the renovation also included new bathrooms, wardrobes, motorized window treatments, the addition of a washer/dryer and updating the heating system and encapsulating the asbestos popcorn ceiling.
